T160 Cleaner 1 litre cans.  This is ideal for cleaning the material if you happen to get adhesive on it, also cleans it off your hands.  It can be used on the face of any vinyls to remove really stubborn marks.  Not suitable to thin the adhesive.  

Unfortunately, it does not remove the old adhesive from the boat, it will just make it all go sticky.  To remove the adhesive from the boat its a wire brush, or sander.
