Orders - A cancellation fee of 20% will apply if items have been pre-cut or ordered in especially to cover costs

A minimum order surcharge will be made for all orders under £10.00 to cover administration.  Minimum order on materials is 2 metres.  Upholstery materials will incurr a manufacturers carriage charge for all orders under 15 metres.  All materials must be checked throughly before cutting, we cannot accept responsibility for faults or wrong goods once they have been cut.

Payment - Goods will not be despatched without prior payment.  Payment can be made with credit card, debit card or bank transfer.  

Prices - Prices are correct at going to press, but maybe altered without notice if necessary due to currency fluctuations or manufactueres price increases.

Carriage and Packing - Please ask for carriage costs when placing your order, as they vary with weight, length and delivery area.  Minimum charge for a small parcel by royal mail is £3.50  other parcels will be sent out via a carrier.

Returns - Goods cannot be accepted for return unless it has been agreed, and they must be returned in the original packaging.  A surcharge will be applied to cover charges made for using a credit/debit card.  All returns must be made within 28 days of the date of invoice.  A 20% handling charge may be incurred at our discretion.

A charge will be made if goods returned as faulty and are subsquently found to be in working order for handling and return postage costs.  In the case of lights please remember to use the switch!!  Goods that have been altered, cut or modified in anyway cannot be returned.
